Membership

You will receive 1 pint each week for 12 weeks - so 12 total pints!
Absolutely! Once you purchase the membership you will be given information on how to register. Just make sure you have the person who you are gifting the membership fill out the registration with their information.
We believe that sharing is caring when it comes to ice cream! You can absolutely share your pints, but please note that each membership comes with one pint per week and one weekly survey.

Pick Up

Pints can only be picked up from our location at 2542 Sunnyside Rd, Findley Lake, NY 14736
Yes, please make sure they are giving the member’s name when they pick up and not their own.
No problem! We will hold your pint for 1 week after the release date. After that, we will not be able to hold your pint for that week.

The survey will be sent to the email address you used at registration in a weekly newsletter every Sunday evening.
To provide the best feedback, we do ask that you fill out the survey right after trying the flavor. However, we do understand that sometimes, things come up that cause a delay. Please fill out the survey as soon as possible.
We will send a confirmation email after each survey has been filled out. We recommend keeping these in your inbox until the end of the season so you can keep track.

Sorry, there are no substitution pints if you have an allergy or do not like one week’s flavor. Please feel free to share that pint with a friend or family member and ask them to fill out that week’s survey.
